Fruit juice and smoothies are the excellent way to make healthy drink
It is proven than taken in these forms they can help to control weight as well as benefiting you with calcium and vitamins which helps feed your brain too.

Fruit Juice

Fruit juice is literally that. The juice from fruit. Although it is a healthy drink it contains no pulp. The pulp is the most beneficial part of the fruit which contains the most vitamins and when making a fruit juice, this gets thrown away. 



The other good and bad thing about a fruit juice is:
a) The fruit juice contains natural sugars which are good for the body.
b) These sugars can be poor for the teeth

Smoothies are made up of a combination of fruit, natural yoghurt, juice and ice blended together into a thicker drink as it includes the pulp too. 
Consequently because it retains the pulp, the smoothie drink is actually more beneficial than the fruit juice drink.

Purchasing a fruit juice blender is good as it can help you to prepare your own choice of fresh fruit for your own fruit drink rather than buying a carton of fruit juice. 




Remember, no pulp is usually involved in a fruit juice drink except maybe a few segment bits.

Buying a smoothie blender is a much better investment. Not only can you make any type of chosen fruit smoothie which includes the pulp, but you can blend vegetables too.
Firstly this is excellent when blending babies food which could come from a small portion of your dinner, freshly prepared and blended down into a pulp. 



This can be fresher than the baby foods sat on the supermarket shelf which does not taste so appetizing.

Secondly blending a portion of a freshly made dinner can help those who struggle to swallow solid food including many elderly people. This keeps the taste and all the vitamins and nutrients in the food which helps the person too.
